Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose the entire amount you put in. In India, gains on virtual digital assets are taxed at 30% plus cess, a 1% TDS applies to transactions, and losses cannot be set off against other income or carried forward. Take advice from a qualified professional before acting.

I write carefully and correct mistakes when I find them, but rules change and markets move. Nothing here is guaranteed to be current or complete. Tax and regulatory content in particular should be checked against the position at the time you read it.

Impersonation
Accounts pretending to be me exist. I do not run paid signal groups, I do not offer to manage anyone's money, and I will never message you first asking for funds or for a seed phrase. My real accounts are listed on social media. Anything elsewhere is not me.

The writing, diagrams and images here are mine. You may quote a reasonable extract with credit and a link. Please do not republish whole articles, translate and repost them as your own, or use the content to train a commercial model without asking.
