Blockchain & AI Summit, Kuala Lumpur
Hosting a 300-person Blockchain and AI Summit in Kuala Lumpur with CIIM, backed by Bitget, Bitunix Academy and CoinDCX.
Host of the Blockchain and AI Summit at Vivatel Kuala Lumpur, a 300-person conference organised with the Consortium of Indian Industries in Malaysia (CIIM) and backed by Bitget, Bitunix Academy and CoinDCX. It brought together builders, investors and operators from India, South Asia, the Middle East, Singapore and China.
Hosting is a different job from speaking, and a less comfortable one. A speaker prepares one thing and delivers it. A host has to keep a room of three hundred people moving for a day, fill the gaps when a session runs short, and know enough about every subject on the agenda to ask the next question rather than read one off a card.
The reason for holding it in Malaysia rather than India is the one nobody says out loud. India produces an enormous amount of the talent in this industry and very little of the infrastructure, because the regulatory position makes building here harder than it needs to be. Kuala Lumpur is close, it is cheap to reach, and it does not make you apologise for what you work on.
